Refund & Cancellation Policy

Terms & Conditions

Should you need to cancel unexpectedly, a credit for a future tour may be issued if the cancellation is made within 24 hours.

Refunds are ONLY provided for public tour reservations made at least seven (7) days in advance, minus any processing fees.

Under no circumstance will a refund be provided after a tour has begun.

COVID-19 Policy

Should you receive a positive covid diagnosis, please contact me asap at eric@ericcurryco.com.

Exposure to an individual with COVID-19 is not grounds for a refund or credit.

Private Tours & Scavenger Hunt

Private tours, related deposits, and the SF Scavenger Hunt are all non-refundable.

To book a private tour, please email me with your desired tour, date, and time. Once we have agreed upon a date and time, a 50% deposit will hold your spot with the remainder due 48 hours before the tour date.

Once your deposit is made, amendments (tour size, time, etc) cannot be guaranteed.

Credit toward a future tour may be offered on a case-by-case basis at my sole discretion.

Please be advised that the Scavenger Hunt is 100% on your own. There will not be anyone on site to meet you at any point during the hunt.

Gift Certificates

Gift certificates have no cash value and do not expire (unless otherwise noted).

Please confirm your desired date with me (eric@ericcurryco.com) BEFORE making your reservation if you plan to redeem a gift certificate.
