Refund & Cancellation Policy

Terms & Conditions

Should you need to cancel unexpectedly, a credit for a future tour may be issued if the cancellation is made within 24 hours.

Refunds are ONLY provided for public tour reservations made at least seven (7) days in advance, minus any processing fees.

Under no circumstance will a refund be provided once a tour has begun.

Private Tours

Private tours (and deposits) are non-refundable. Credits may be offered on a case-by-case basis at my sole discretion.

Gift Certificates

Gift certificates have no cash value and do not expire (unless otherwise noted). Please confirm your desired date with me (eric@ericcurryco.com) BEFORE making your reservation if you plan to redeem a gift certificate.
